How long will my delivery take?

Please allow 2-7 business days to deliver depending on your location. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.

What could delay my order?

We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment.

Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete. Depending on your ring size, we may need to custom-make your ring so the quality is not compromised. This will take an additional 3 weeks.

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, or for additional assistance regarding your order, please email or call Lugaro Customer Contact Centre and ensure you have your order number handy.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.

I’ve missed my delivery, what now?

If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship purchases over $500 to anywhere in the world. All international orders are a standard shipping rate of either $50 for Canada Post .and $100 for FedEx. Please note that duties and taxes will occur if the order is shipped outside of NAFTA. We are not responsible for these costs. Please check with your local customs office.

Can I change my delivery address?

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on free call 1-888-E-Lugaro

Why was my order canceled?

We have the right to cancel or credit any online purchases due to updated or incorrect pricing. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on free call 1-888-E-Lugaro

Why was my reservation canceled?

Due to the nature of products we carry, not all locations will have inventory. When making a store reservation, you will receive 2 emails: one mentioning the details of the reservation, and another to confirm the item is in stock and reserved for you. If you have reserved an item and are yet to receive a confirmation email, please please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on free call 1-888-E-Lugaro.
