Lugaro Jewellers makes the selection process easy while ensuring that your jewellery is truly timeless and exceptional. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy. Please note that refunds are offered on ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. In-store purchases may be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit.
In-Store Exchange/Return Policy
Merchandise purchased in-store, with original receipt may be exchanged for other products or store credit within fifteen (15) days from purchase date. No refunds are accepted for in-store purchases. No exchanges will be issued for custom orders, special order merchandise, engraving and insurance replacements. The item must also be in the condition in which it was received.
Diamonds purchased from the online retail is not valid for trade-ups.
Online Exchange/Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund for your item within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, in its original/unaltered condition, excluding shipping & handling charges.
Jewellery that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All jewelry must be returned in new, unaltered, original condition, with the original paperwork and receipt within 30 days of the delivery date. Any free gift or promotional offers must be returned as well. No refund will be made otherwise.
Loose diamonds purchased from online retail cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Please see "Instructions to Process a Return For Online Purchases Only" for more information.
Instructions to Process a Return FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
Please call or email our Customer Contact Center at 1-888-E-LUGARO (1-888-358-4276) to obtain a return authorization number. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials. Write the RAC number on the outside of the package you are returning.
Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all of the original packing materials, including the return form, packing slip and, if applicable, any certificates, special packaging and promotional items in a plainly wrapped cardboard box.
A $50-$200 replacement fee, depending on the certificate format, will be charged for missing certificates and/or appraisals.
NOTE: Do not write Lugaro Jewellers, jewellery, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites theft/fraud.
Conditions of Return
Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in new, unaltered, original condition with the original paperwork and receipt within 30 days of the delivery date. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund/exchange.
Any returned items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Lugaro Jewellers), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
Custom orders like orders with special finger sizes (in cases where ring setting style requires manufacturing it in the needed size) cannot be accepted back for a refund/exchange.
Poorly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted.
The cost for returning the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges are not refundable for any reason.
Items cannot be returned at Lugaro Jewellers retail locations. All online purchases must be exchanged or refunded through the website.
Online refund policies are not valid in retail locations.
Lugaro Jewellers is not responsible for lost or stolen items (once in possession of the customer).
Refunds and/or exchanges are subject to verification/inspection and diamonds received for return must match our records exactly.
A $50-$200 charge (depending on the format of the certificate) will be applied to diamonds and jewellery returned without their original certification.
