As such, the components of the Caliber 80 can be admired on the dial side as well as on the rear, thanks to a transparent case back. Adorned with an original gradated smoky effect, the dial becomes increasingly opaque around the edges while the date at 3 o’clock stands out perfectly against the aperture’s white background.

The Caliber 80 from MIDO is a next-generation automatic watch movement which offers up to 80 hours of power reserve, twice as much as a regular calibre. It is also available as a chronometer that has been officially certified by the COSC (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) for its superior accuracy
